barcode scan with halcon 13.0.4

Hello All,

I have 2 image which have barcodes. when i try to find bordcode of 'image_1" with 'code 128' i can find.  with same code when i try for the 'image_2' i can't fine. i tried many image processes as image filters. I have Halcon 13.0.4 version.

When i  try to scan with phone camera  it can read.

in resultly,

how can i read barcode of 'image_2'?
