Need Halcon License 22.11 Steady License

I installed trial license_support_halcon22.11_steady_2025_03 for version 22.11 steady, but when I open HDevelop it says the version is wrong. I tried version 24.11 progress-steady and it still works, but I need version 22.11. Anyone having this problem?

sorry,trial is no longer supported below halcon version 24.05 from now on.
